Ok so there is an issue with the voting platform, it doesn't support the zkSync smart contracts yet. This means that GOVI on zkSync isn't recognized for voting. Now we have 2 options. We can eiter proceed with voting but with the zkSync tokens exlcuded, most have their bags split between zkSync and Arbitrum so that would still yield a decent result. Or we vote with a poll like the one we're using now.
